ACCESSIBILITY

Here you’ll find answers to everything accessibility

Festival Access Information

We accommodate customers with disabilities / accessibility needs wherever possible. As much as we’d like to, we can’t control the weather, so bear in mind that should it rain, the festival may be muddy and there aren’t solid pathways.

We are pleased to be working with Nimbus Disability, using their Access Card Scheme to provide our customers with accessed requirements a more consistent and better experience. This will mean that from 2025 we will use the scheme for all customers which requires support, such as an essential companion ticket, access.

All guests and customers requiring these access provisions will go via Nimbus to have their access requirements validated so we can not only provide those reasonable adjustments but protect them from potential misuse.

For help and support applying for your Access Card, please visit the Access Card Support Page by clicking here. https://knowledge.accesscard.online/

Our partners at Nimbus, will undertake a free application for you to use your Digital Access Pass (DAP) in purchasing tickets, applying for accessible camping, and so much more, and you will need to provide relevant evidence in order for them to allocate the relevant symbols that represent the barriers you face.

You can apply for the Paradhis Festival / Quick Panda Productions Digital Access Pass for free below. Once approved, this pass is valid for three years, so no need to apply agin for the following two years.

ACCESS FACILITIES AND INFORMATION

FACILITIES

We always aim to implement the most appropriate adjustments to make the festival accessible to all. We tend to find that wheelchair users or physically disabled customers like to watch the performances from one of the side of our stages due to there being a bit more space and away from the audience. If the ground is wet, it may be difficult for wheelchair users to navigate the arena. .

DIFFICULTY WITH DISTANCES OR QUEUING AND STANDING

For people with limited mobility or struggle with distance then we do offer walking routes that is shortest from the accessible camping to the main arena of no more than 60m. These tracks are generally hardstanding and could become uneven and difficult if wet. There are always places to sit and relax around the bars and traders, but you are also welcome to bring you own chair with you if require taking breaks in-between walking.

ACCESS TO TOILETS

If you may have a hidden impairment and need urgent access to facilities we always have accessible toilets located alongside every main bank of toilets in the festival arena and all camping sites. If you are uncertain where the nearest toilet block is when you arrive then please chat to any of our steward team for directions.

ESSENTIAL COMPANION

We recognise that you may need to bring an Essential Companion for whatever reason and that you will require an additional ticket for this support. If you have a +1 on your access card, you can receive 1 x additional festival entry ticket free of charge to help you.

You will need to apply for this using our requirement form after you have purchased all other tickets required.

Please note if you purchase a companion ticket we cannot offer a refund.

DIFFICULTY WITH VISUAL INFORMATION

All our walking routes are always well lit with bold, easy to read signs, leading from the accessible campsite to the main arena with stewards and security to help guide the way also. We do recognize you may need help, so we also allow you to have an Essential Companion if you have a +1 on your Access Card or Digital Pass.

You will need to apply for this using our requirement form after you have purchased all other tickets required.

Please note if you purchase a companion ticket we cannot offer a refund.

DIFFICULTY WITH AUDIBLE INFORMATION

We don’t currently have any hearing loops or sign language interpreters on site to help. But there will always be friendly and helpful staff and stewards in all major locations over the site that can help you with information if you are struggling.
