ASANA TENT
Curated by Keren Cooksey
Welcome to the Asana Tent, the beating heart of movement and mindfulness at Paradhis 2026. This new sanctuary is dedicated to the physical and spiritual practice of yoga, offering a grounding space where breath, body, and beat come together.
We are honoured to have this space lovingly curated by Keren Cooksey, a Senior Yoga Teacher with decades of global experience. From founding studios in Brisbane and Falmouth to studying under luminaries like Shiva Rea, Keren brings a wealth of wisdom and a refreshing, holistic approach to the festival. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone – a practice that should be as joyful and community-focused as it is transformative.
Under Keren’s expert guidance, the Asana Tent hosts a beautifully diverse programme designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are seeking the quiet restoration of Yin Yoga and Somatics, the fiery energy of Ashtanga and Goddess Flow, or the rhythmic joy of a Sunday Groove Vinyasa, you will find a practice that resonates.
This is more than just a place to stretch; it is a space to connect – with your roots, with the earth, and with one another. Come explore, play, and find your flow in the Asana Tent.
Sessions are free to attend – full timetable coming soon
Please bring your own yoga mat for use across the weekend.
