Forest Bathing with Paul Simmons
Forest bathing is a playful, slow and childlike exploration of the woodland surroundings with all our senses.
It is in our genetic makeup from literally millions of years spent in the forests of the world.
Forest Bathing is a clinically-proven therapy that lasts for days. It improves your body’s natural resistance to many stress-related illnesses through a slow reconnection with nature in our local woods using all your senses.
Your breathing will slow and deepen, your sense of hearing will become more acute, your brain will stop thinking of everyday list of “to do’s” and your natural surroundings will envelope you in its peace and serenity. You will be Home.
We all deserve a bit of peace and to slow down. There is no mysticism and “signs from above”. It’s ingrained in our DNA so it’s just about rediscovering the slow ways. Something I reckon we all yearn for.

Writing the Underworld- Creative Writing Workshop with Love Club
Writing the Underworld – A creative writing and poetry workshop drawing upon myth, folklore and the shadows.
Together we will explore stories and myths related to the dark, the deep, and explore different writing prompts inspired by the stories. At the end there will be an optional open mic moment, where you can share words, poems, stories, songs, anything that compels you- something written in the session or outside of it.
Whether you’ve only heard of Hercules from the disney movie, everyone is welcome here, and there is no requirement to have written before! It’s an exploration of myth and stories, and how we can use them to inspire our own writing, or indeed explore our own minds to draw the juice, if you want to go there!

~to explore and deepen our shared human experience through play and open hearted
communication.
~to foster community and connection.
~to move closer to the person who is authentically me, and allow space for you to do the same.
It’s a people party and you’re invited.
In this 90 minute workshop we’ll ground into our bodies and breath before exploring a series of playful

The Joyful Chakra Wiggle with Energise with Em
A playful chakra dance experience where movement, music, and games help you activate energy, awaken your body, and reconnect with your JOY!
I create spaces where we can be silly, carefree, and celebrate our unique expression.
Growing up, I was told I was too loud, too emotional, too chatty — too much. Over time, I realised authentic expression is our superpower.
Through joyful, curated chakra dance and playful games, I help people reconnect with confidence, playfulness, and the freedom to be themselves.
I’m qualified in KundaDance Level 1 — a dance designed to energise the body, lift the mind, and bring people together through joyful movement.

Recalling Fire Storytelling with Sam
Don’t leave Paradhis without hearing the most legendary story ever to come out of Cornwall.
Sam Crosby, Recalling Fire, calls you into Tristan and Isolde, the story that completely obsessed medieval Europe and inspired Romeo and Juliet. An apprentice Cornish knight and the princess of Ireland tear the world apart for love, over a potion they never meant to drink.
Learn Cornwall’s most famous story. Explore where you’re at with lightly facilitated sharing. Leave changed, charged, ready for ecstatic dance or a quiet moment alone.
It’s a brutal, beautiful tragedy. But the biggest tragedy of all is that we’ve forgotten it.

Earth Dance
Earth Dance is a 90-minute ceremonial song and dance journey weaving together medicine music, guided and freeform movement, devotional song, prayer and collective remembrance.
This gathering invites us to return to the wisdom of the body and the power of moving and feeling together in community. We begin by grounding through meditation and prayer, and gradually moving into a guided movement journey that unfolds into freeform dance, before arriving into a space of collective grief tending and devotional song; a powerful reminder of our shared humanity. Earth Dance is a space to move, feel, pray and remember. A place where the dance floor becomes a living prayer, and where we sing and dance the great song of life itself.
